I’m Mitch, and as a Personal Chef, I think it’s important we get personal. I cook for real people, who live real lives: busy people who want to eat balanced meals, but don’t have the time, energy or know-how to prepare them after a long, hard day. I love swapping stories with people, so be sure to hit me up about cooking on a cruise ship in the Virgin Islands and serving Margaret Thatcher.
