Chef Mitch meets with you to gather information about your food likes and dislikes, allergies or special dietary needs, food sourcing and preparation preferences, and your schedule.
He’ll use his collection of 1,000+ customizable recipes to create your family meal plan, which he’ll share with you to review and approve.
Chef Mitch prepares your menu according to your wishes in your kitchen and saves your meals in food-safe glass containers (which are freezer safe!) with easy-to-follow heating instructions.
In your free consultation, you will choose your delivery schedule (such as weekly, every other week, or every 3-4 weeks) and your meals (which may include lunch, dinner, and/or desserts).
The package price includes the cost of menu planning, shopping, and cooking. The cost of groceries for your custom menu and a $10 pantry fee for bulk goods (sugar, flour, salt, etc.) are additional.
Chef Mitch purchases all of the groceries for your homemade meals, choosing the finest produce and top quality meats, seafood, and fish. He incorporates specialty local Wisconsin goods, meets all special dietary needs, and honors preferences for natural and organic food products.
