He’ll use his collection of 1,000+ customizable recipes to create your family meal plan, which he’ll share with you to review and approve.

Meal Delivery

Prepared Meals Delivered to Your Fridge

Chef Mitch prepares your menu according to your wishes and delivers prepared meals to you in food-safe glass containers (which are freezer safe!) with easy-to-follow heating instructions.

Packages and Prices

In your free consultation, you will choose your delivery schedule (such as weekly, every other week, or every 3-4 weeks) and your meals (which may include lunch, dinner, and/or desserts).

The package price includes the cost of menu planning, shopping, and home delivery. The cost of groceries for your custom menu and a $10 pantry fee for bulk goods (sugar, flour, salt, etc.) are additional.

  • Option 1: The 5/4
    • 5 entrees/4 servings with one side
    • Feeds a family of 4 for 1 week or a couple for 2 weeks
    • (20 individual servings)
    • $300 plus the cost of groceries
  • Option 2: The 4/4
    • 4 entrees/4 servings with one side
    • Feeds a family of 4 for 4 days or a couple for 8 days
    • (16 individual servings)
    • $275 plus the cost of groceries
  • Option 3: The 5/2
    • 5 entrees/2 servings with one side
    • Feeds a couple for 1 week or one person for 2 weeks
    • (10 individual servings)
    • $270 plus the cost of groceries

Food Sourcing and Preparation

Chef Mitch purchases all of the groceries for your homemade meals, choosing the finest produce and top quality meats, seafood, and fish. He incorporates specialty local Wisconsin goods, meets all special dietary needs, and honors preferences for natural and organic food products.

ServSafe Certification You choose if you’d like Chef Mitch to prepare your meals in your home or in his commercial grade kitchen. Chef Mitch is ServSafe certified to prepare and handle food using proper food handling techniques, making sure your delivered meals are always safe and healthy.

Braised Chinese Chicken – sautéed chicken in a spicy ginger, peanut, and soy sauce with water chestnuts
Chicken and Black Bean Enchiladas – chicken strips, black beans, jack cheese, and red bell peppers in a Mexican salsa rolled in flour tortillas topped with cheese and picante
Chicken and Pasta in Sun-dried tomatoes and cream – chicken strips in a light white wine cream sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and shallots served over pasta
Chicken and Rice Almandine – chicken and rice combined with a lightly seasoned cream sauce and topped with toasted almond slivers

Barbecue Short Ribs of Beef – slow-cooked beef ribs in a mild barbecue sauce
Beef Madagascar – lean strips of beef in a rich green peppercorn sauce
Beef Stroganoff – lean strips of beef in a sherry mushroom beef sauce finished with sour cream and served on a bed of spaetzli
