I’m Mitch, and as a Personal Chef, I think it’s important we get personal. I cook for real people, who live real lives: busy people who want to eat balanced meals, but don’t have the time, energy or know-how to prepare them after a long, hard day. After 30 years in the culinary industry, I noticed a growing trend: people were becoming much busier, with less time to cook and enjoy family meals. So I decided to settle back in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin with my wife and children, and start Out Of The Kitchen Personal Chef & Catering Services.

I love swapping stories with people, so be sure to hit me up about cooking on a cruise ship in the Virgin Islands and serving Margaret Thatcher.
